We accept insurance plans, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Care Credit, an interest-free plan; as well as, cash or check, to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept almost all fee for service dental insurance plans --- ( plans where the patient has freedom of choice to select their own provider). Insurance payments are made on a UCR basis of our fees directly to our office. Co-payment is due at each appointment , and can be estimated by our dental software linked with most of these insurance companies. We are providers for Delta Premier, Anthem Blue PPO 300, Superior Dental, Connection Dental and Carrington Discount plan. Our office will process all insurance and the patient  will be required to pay the difference at the time the service is completed.
