DENTAL HYGIENISTS
Stacy (Smilack) Puffenberger,RDH: Stacy graduated from Indiana University in 1997 with a B.A. in Psychology and then The Ohio State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She has practiced dental hygiene in Arizona and Ohio.
Amy Rose,RDH: Amy graduated from Shawnee State University in 1990 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Amy is the mother of 2 beautiful children.
Ashley Condo, RDH: Ashley is our newest addition to our dental hygiene staff. Ashley recently graduated from Ohio State University in 2007. Ashley filled in during Stacys maternity leave and is currently working part time for our office.
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Heather 'Mikki' Manter: Mikki graduated from Eastland Vocational School in Dental Assisting in 1993. Mikki has a two young daughters. Mikki has been with our office for over 10 years.
FRONT OFFICE STAFF
Cathy Fry: Cathy is our front office coordinator. Insurance is her specialty. Cathy has over 35 years experience in dentistry; over 20 years at our office. Cathy is married with 3 children & 5 grandchildren.
Donna Fisher: Donna has been in dentistry for over 41 years. The majority of this time has been in our practice as the front office coordinator. Now she is enjoying time off and works with us two days a week. Donna is the mother of 4 children; 5 grandchildrren; & 3 great grandchildren.
Suzanne Smilack: Suzanne is our front office coordinator. Suzanne is married to Dr. Smilack and they have 3 girls Stacy, Britt and Jodi.
